Dear New
and Returning Parents,
It's
hard to believe that a new school year is just around the
corner. A new
year can bring excitement and anxiety to both students and
parents. At HNJ,
our community is here to provide support and comfort to
families as they start and continue through the school
year.
I
believe the Holy Name of Jesus Parent Teacher Club is here to
give parents every opportunity to gather with fellow parents
to share their children's experiences and their own and to
support the school at the same time. It is through your
volunteer efforts that this is
accomplished.
Attached is an events and volunteer form that
I encourage you to complete and return to the office. Through participation,
you will get the most out of what I believe is the strength of
Holy Name of Jesus School, our strong school community. Our children do take
comfort is seeing so many parents at these events and we are
giving them wonderful examples to
follow.
I also
invite you to attend our general PTC meetings which take place
quarterly. You
will be kept up to date with the comings and goings of the PTC
events and can mingle with friends too. The meetings also
provide a platform for sharing your ideas and voicing your
concerns. Our
first meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 14 at 7:00
pm.
