All financial obligations to Holy Name of Jesus School must be met in a timely manner. Through FACTS, tuition may also be charged with a service charge added.
Payment Deadlines for the 2015-2016 School Year
Application Fee - Must be paid at time the application is submitted for new students.
Parish/ Out of Parish Fee/and Clarion Herald Fee
One month’s tuition as well as all fees will be required within two weeks of receipt of the acceptance letter.
Balance is due in full by May 15, 2015 for continuing and new students.
Tuition and fees are payable in full upon acceptance for all students admitted after May 15 and before any student may attend classes, if admitted during the school year.
If a student withdraws or is dismissed for any reason prior to the start of the school year, the parents forfeit the Registration Fee, Parish Non-Support Fee and Clarion Herald Fee and the first month’s tuition payment.
Refunds for any student who withdraws or is dismissed after the first day of school will be determined on a case by case basis by the Principal and the Finance Council.
Penalties for failure to recognize and meet financial obligations may be incurred, and as a last resort, the children may be asked to leave or refused re-admission. A NSF check charge of $50.00 applies. After two (2) NSF checks, only cash or a cashier’s check will be accepted.
