'After school
care with a flair for fun' is the theme of Holy Name's Later
Gators program. Grounded in the belief that children need to
relax at the end of the school day, we have designed a program
in which youngsters will have the opportunity to have a snack
(which we provide), play informal games, and receive homework
assistance. There are also extra classes offered which are
provided during the after-care time frame. This eliminates
having to schedule classes on Saturday for parents who already
have enough things to schedule.
Hours of
Operation and Eligibility
Later
Gators operates from school dismissal until
6:00 pm each full
school day. There is one rate for those who sign up to be
picked up by
4:30 pm and a different rate for those who stay after
4:30 pm.

6:00 pm there is a late charge of $1.00
per minute.
Only
those children attending Holy Name of Jesus School are
eligible for the program. It is open to children from Pre-K
through 7th grade.
Classes
Available
In
addition to normal after-care activities, classes are offered
in swimming, cooking, Karate, chess, art, tumbling and others
as interest warrants.
Special programs such as 'Manners Matter'

Charges
Later
Gators charges are paid by the month based on the number of
days per week of participation and the regular time of pick-up
in the afternoon. Children can be signed up for 1, 2, 3, 4 or
5 days a week on a regular basis. If the child comes only on
the day that he or she is in a class, and is picked up right
after the class, they are considered 'Class Only.' If a child attends
following an extra-curricular activity, the charge is
$3.00.
