Special thanks to the HNJ Men's Club for sponsoring the Holy Name of Jesus School Web Site.
Holy Name of Jesus School admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students of the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national, or ethnic origin or disability in violation of state or federal law or regulation in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs. |
Established in 1891, Holy Name of Jesus School is located
in the Uptown area of New Orleans, adjacent to Loyola and Tulane
Universities. Serving the Greater New Orleans area, the educational
philosophy of Holy Name of Jesus School is centered on the belief that
faith development is integral to our mission and success. The traditions
and charisms of the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas and the Jesuit
Fathers, under whose guidance the school has flourished for over 100
years, continue to guide our mission of educating the whole child, both
academically and spiritually. UPCOMING
